What is your refund policy?

Cancellations are refundable up to a maximum of 50%. 

What if I fail to provide the required insurance?

Please make sure that you meet our insurance requirements and verify this beforehand. Cancellations due to a lack of proper insurance or identification on the day of the rental will be refunded up to maximum of 50%. 

Please note that the safety of our clients, vehicles, and others on the road is our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, impaired, or unfit to drive. Driving is a privilege and should be done with consideration for others' lives.
